Welcome to Issue 7 of ZopeMag By | February, 2004
Dear ZopeMag Readers, The last few weeks have been unusually busy for us as we had to do the planning and editing not just for ZopeMag but for our new publication Py, an on-line magazine with articles on Python (for those interested the site is www.pyzine.com ). It seems we underestimated the challenge a bit and so we are a publishing both a little later than expected. Except for one author who was unable to deliver an article we had expected, Issue 6 a big issue. We have received a lot of positive feedback about our articles and are particularly proud to have released 4 free resources to the community, including Part I of the SuperGuide for Newbies. As currently planned this SuperGuide will have 3 parts. It is the first of many SuperGuides we intend to publish as an ongoing resource project for the community. A new year, a new issue and we are pleased to present an interview with Rob Page of Zope Corporation, who talks about the past and the future of Zope. Highlights in this issue will include:
